AcapellaExtractors.com provides online tools to process and convert user-submitted audio or media files, including importing files from Google Drive through the Google Drive API. Files are processed temporarily on our secure servers and automatically deleted within six (6) hours after processing.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You must not upload, share, or process any content that:
- Infringes upon any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
- Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material;
- Violates any applicable laws or third-party terms of service (including Google’s policies).

This service is intended solely for lawful purposes. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to upload, process, and use any audio content. We do not support or encourage the unauthorized use, distribution, or modification of copyrighted material. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this service complies with applicable copyright laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for any misuse of the service by users, including but not limited to unauthorized use of copyrighted material. Users agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from their use of the platform.
4. Google Drive Integration
When connecting your Google Drive account, you authorize AcapellaExtractors.com to access and process only the files that you explicitly select or import. We do not access or modify any other files in your Google Drive. Our integration adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. File Retention and Privacy
Uploaded and imported files are stored temporarily on HiVelocity servers located in the United States and are automatically deleted within six (6) hours of upload. We do not store, reuse, or share any user data, files, or Google Drive content beyond the immediate processing session.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, code, design, and functionality are owned by AcapellaExtractors.com and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership of your uploaded and processed files.
7. Limitation of Liability
AcapellaExtractors.com is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free processing, or data preservation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcapellaExtractors.com and its operators are not liable for any loss, damage, or data corruption resulting from your use of the service.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service for users who violate these Terms or engage in abusive activity.
